Tim Cracknell is our founding Pastor. He has spent 28 years in dairy farming working on a family farm. At the same time he developed an itinerary preaching and Bible teaching ministry as well as being heavily involved in his local Church in Newent, Gloucestershire. In March 2005 he and his wife, Katrina, were commissioned by the leadership of Glebe Chapel in Newent to plant a new Church in Cinderford using the old Church building in Station Street as their base. They are supported by C.P.I. (link) and Counties (link) and enjoy the friendship and fellowship of Glebe Chapel and many other mission minded Churches throughout the UK.

Duncan Murray is married to Linda who leads the children’s work in the church. They have two daughters Rachel (a youth homeless co-ordinator for South Worcestershire) and Bethany (who is doing an apprenticeship as a pre-school nursery assistant). Duncan is currently a Quality Engineer Manager with a multi-national Japanese automotive parts manufacturer. Duncan has been with the church since just prior to it’s launch and is Ministry leader for Celebrate Recovery. He was appointed to the Senior Leadership Team at the beginning of 2011.

Tim and Duncan are supported by Lawrence Harper and Tom Nicholson, who act as consultants to the Senior Leadership.
